The Lovely Rouched Skirt is made of 48% Cotton - 30% Polyester - 13% Nylon and 9% Tencel. Tencel is a modal fiber which has environmentally friendly processing and are derived from natural and raw materials. The skirt has a nice stretch and a soft feel. This skirt  can be worn low or high-waist and can be transformed from a mini skirt to a knee lenght skirt. This piece is perfect for the spring and summer but can be layered in the winter as well.
